Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and initiating contact with potential clients. You will work closely with our strategic team to present tailored solutions that align with client needs and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities and prospective clients

  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and networking

  • Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs

  • Present Captura Hall’s services and solutions in a compelling manner

  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately

  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to align messaging and goals

  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a results-driven attitude

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and networking in-person and virtually

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus
