We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Agent to support the execution of strategic communication plans and internal/external messaging. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our company’s image, promoting client narratives, and ensuring clarity and consistency across all communication channels.

This position involves writing, editing, and managing communications across a variety of platforms, working closely with the marketing and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and internal memos

  • Coordinate and distribute internal communications to staff and partners

  • Support the development of external communications including press releases, newsletters, and email campaigns

  • Maintain and update communication materials in alignment with brand standards

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistent messaging

  • Monitor public and internal feedback to adjust strategies when necessary

  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and talking points for meetings or events

  • Track communications performance and recommend improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
