We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This individual will support project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple client campaigns and internal initiatives. You will work closely with project managers, creative teams, and stakeholders to ensure all timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple departments
Maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
Track progress, identify risks or delays, and propose mitigation strategies
Assist in preparing project documentation, client reports, and status updates
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding project milestones
Ensure resources are allocated effectively and tasks are completed on time
Support post-project evaluation and reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
