Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is key to crafting internal and external messages that align with our brand voice and business objectives. You will work closely with leadership and project teams to create content, manage communications workflows, and ensure clarity across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications, press releases, newsletters, and corporate messaging.

  • Support leadership with speechwriting, presentation development, and executive correspondence.

  • Coordinate and execute communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all written and verbal materials.

  • Collaborate with departments to gather information and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.

  • Monitor feedback and adjust messaging strategies accordingly.

  • Maintain internal communications calendars and documentation.

  • Contribute to crisis communication planning and implementation when needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications-related role.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and communication project tools.

  • Experience in corporate communications or professional services is a plus.
