Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Assistant to support internal and external communications, written documentation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth flow of information across departments and assist in producing clear, professional messaging aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Communications Manager in preparing internal memos, client correspondence, and official documents

  • Coordinate meetings, compile notes, and track project timelines

  • Assist in creating and editing reports, presentations, and proposals

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

  • Help ensure consistent communication standards across departments

  • Collaborate with various teams to gather, format, and distribute essential information

  • Provide administrative support for special projects and communication initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field

  • 1+ year of experience in a communications, administrative, or support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document formatting

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
