Job Description

Nexmos Design is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our creative and strategic team. This position is ideal for a professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for executing marketing initiatives that align with client and internal goals. You will coordinate projects, manage timelines, and support the planning and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for internal and client projects

• Coordinate project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables with the design and branding teams

• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations

• Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and email content

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends

• Maintain organization of campaign assets and marketing documentation

• Support the planning and execution of company-hosted and client events

• Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and brand messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM systems, project management software, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
