Nexmos Design is seeking a highly organized and articulate Communications Agent to support internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent, clear, and professional communication across multiple channels, including client correspondence, documentation, and team coordination. This position plays a vital role in maintaining our brand voice and supporting our project workflows through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and internal documents.

  • Manage and track communication tasks between departments to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate and maintain client communications and updates in a professional manner.

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, company statements, and communication materials.

  • Support leadership in ensuring that company-wide messaging aligns with brand standards.

  • Maintain detailed records of communication logs, feedback, and project updates.

  • Work closely with the design and project management teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or coordination role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and formatting standards.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic documentation tools.

  • Familiarity with internal communication strategies and professional correspondence standards.
