As a Leadership Development Associate, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous growth and professional development. You will work alongside senior leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, build future leaders, and drive organizational performance.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and execution of leadership training programs and workshops.
Identify and support high-potential employees through mentorship and coaching frameworks.
Collaborate with department heads to align leadership initiatives with business goals.
Analyze performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Coordinate internal leadership events, development sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
Provide regular reports and presentations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in leadership development, employee engagement, or training.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for developing people and cultivating inclusive work environments.
Familiarity with leadership frameworks and employee development methodologies is a plus.
