Captura Hall is seeking a skilled Communications Coordinator to support and enhance internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of written and verbal communication, be detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. You will play a central role in drafting communications, coordinating messaging between departments, and ensuring consistency across all platforms and documentation.
Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and proofread written content including reports, memos, presentations, newsletters, and press materials.
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure messaging consistency.
Assist in planning and executing internal announcements and corporate communications.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and communication records.
Collaborate with leadership to craft key messaging for internal meetings, reports, and executive summaries.
Support the organization’s branding and tone in all written materials.
Monitor feedback channels and gather insights to improve communication effectiveness.
Coordinate logistics for communication-related initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a communications or writing-based role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Professional interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with internal communication processes is a plus.
