Bela Brand Bat is seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support the execution of leadership training initiatives, strategic development programs, and talent advancement efforts. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about organizational growth, has a strong interest in people development, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with team leads and senior management to implement leadership frameworks, assess development needs, and support program performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing leadership development programs and workshops
Conduct needs assessments and collect feedback from team leaders to tailor development strategies
Facilitate internal communication and coordination between departments regarding training initiatives
Track program participation and effectiveness using performance metrics and reports
Maintain documentation of learning tools, materials, and development resources
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for leadership tracks
Participate in organizational planning to align development efforts with company goals
Collaborate with HR and executive leadership to ensure alignment of values, vision, and culture
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, HR, or program coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
