We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team. This role supports the execution of promotional strategies and campaigns that drive consumer awareness, customer acquisition, and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about brand-building and in-person marketing.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns.
Coordinate marketing materials and event logistics for brand activations.
Support daily campaign execution and monitor performance metrics.
Engage with clients and customers to deliver brand messaging effectively.
Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and inventory.
Conduct competitive research and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet campaign objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, or event coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working in face-to-face environments.
Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
