We are seeking a motivated Business Development Assistant to support our sales and partnership team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and helping execute growth strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning

  • Maintain client databases and support lead generation efforts

  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications with prospective clients

  • Help prepare proposals, reports, and client-facing materials

  • Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to the business development team

  • Support internal communication between departments regarding business development initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, client relations, or administrative support preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to analyze data and report effectively

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently
