The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee account activity, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.

  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure expectations and objectives are met.

  • Prepare and present reports on account status, performance, and milestones.

  • Facilitate regular meetings, updates, and communication with clients.

  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.
