We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performance team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and helping drive revenue growth. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in building long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential leads through outbound outreach, calls, and emails
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools
Build strong rapport with decision-makers and stakeholders
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for qualified leads and outreach activity
Provide market feedback to help improve messaging and targeting
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
