Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
Document interactions and follow up on open support tickets
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate information and solutions
Identify patterns in customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to management
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and internal protocols
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
