Signal Tru Brand is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves developing and executing marketing initiatives, analyzing trends, and creating strategies that elevate brand identity and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with client goals

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials including brochures, email campaigns, landing pages, and internal documents

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports using analytics tools

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

  • Assist with organizing promotional events and coordinating logistics

  • Maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure high-quality execution

  • Stay current on marketing trends and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or brand strategy role

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
