We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-driven Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at building and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients

  • Manage inbound inquiries and follow up on client needs in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met effectively

  • Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our service process

  • Participate in regular team meetings to share feedback and enhance service delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or relationship-focused roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
