We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-driven Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at building and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients
Manage inbound inquiries and follow up on client needs in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met effectively
Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our service process
Participate in regular team meetings to share feedback and enhance service delivery
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or relationship-focused roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
