We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and client materials

  • Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and team activities

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and project alignment

  • Manage and update marketing calendars and deadlines

  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and vendor relations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1+ year of experience in a marketing support or coordination role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to team success
