We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our team in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about brand engagement, event coordination, and promotional strategy. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events
Coordinate logistics for marketing activations and in-person outreach initiatives
Develop marketing materials and presentations under the direction of the Marketing Manager
Conduct market research and provide insight into consumer trends and competitor activity
Track campaign performance metrics and assist in reporting outcomes
Support branding initiatives to maintain consistency across channels
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure marketing goals are met
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, promotions, or a related role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, with a proactive and resourceful mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or presentation tools
