Reboot Staff is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in shaping internal and external communications strategies, ensuring that our message is consistent, professional, and aligned with our values. You will collaborate closely with departments across the organization to produce clear, impactful content and support overall communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, memos, and presentations.

  • Coordinate communication strategies that align with organizational goals and culture.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, announcements, and employee engagement activities.

  • Maintain brand consistency in all written and verbal communications.

  • Collaborate with leadership to craft messaging for internal updates and organizational initiatives.

  • Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a communications or related role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
