Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Specialist to join our team. This position is key in supporting our internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure brand consistency across all platforms, coordinate messaging efforts, and support our design and marketing teams in articulating clear, compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective internal and external communication strategies

• Write, edit, and proofread company communications, press releases, and project documentation

• Coordinate cross-functional messaging with design and marketing departments

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and client proposals

• Maintain and update internal communication tools and resources

• Ensure messaging consistency across departments and branded materials

• Monitor communication trends and provide insights to improve outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a communications role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Familiarity with communication software, presentation tools, and project management platforms
