We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the design and operations industry. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship while assisting in key areas of project management, team coordination, and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior managers in daily operational tasks and project execution

  • Participate in training programs to develop managerial and operational skills

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and workflow

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation

  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency strategies

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous internship or leadership experience is a plus
