Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring alignment across all marketing initiatives. This role is critical in helping Captura Hall maintain its standard of excellence while reaching new audiences and enhancing brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and projects

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in reporting and analysis

• Organize and maintain marketing calendars, assets, and promotional materials

• Support the development of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and reports

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and partnerships

• Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s goals and timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM, project management software)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
