Job Description

Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, drafting strategic messaging, and ensuring the consistency and clarity of all public-facing content. This position plays a critical role in shaping our brand’s voice and supporting client communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit clear, concise, and compelling written communications (press releases, statements, reports, and more)

• Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies for internal and external audiences

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment

• Monitor media and public discourse for relevant topics and prepare briefing materials

• Support the preparation of speeches, talking points, and presentations for executives and clients

• Maintain and update internal communication records and materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications, public relations, or editorial role

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools
