Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our production team in managing day-to-day operations efficiently. Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating production schedules and ensuring timely workflow.

• Log production data and report any delays or issues to supervisors.

• Perform basic quality checks on products and materials.

• Adhere to company protocols, timelines, and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical training is a plus.

• Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of safety regulations and production tools.

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, inventory software).

• Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
