We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This position plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and assisting the sales team in reaching performance targets. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up on sales leads

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications between clients and sales representatives

  • Update CRM systems and ensure data accuracy

  • Support in researching new client opportunities and market trends

  • Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
