Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Store Operations Assistant to support daily retail operations and ensure efficient store performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining organizational flow, assisting management, and enhancing the overall customer experience through strong back-end support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily store setup, restocking, and operational preparation

  • Coordinate inventory management, including receiving and organizing shipments

  • Support store leadership in maintaining compliance with company standards

  • Monitor and report on product levels and operational needs

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams as required

  • Ensure timely execution of store administrative tasks

  • Assist with basic data entry and reporting

  • Contribute to store cleanliness and safety protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in retail, store operations, or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems
