We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen our clients’ presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to team collaboration and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with team members to develop brand messaging and creative assets
Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports and insights
Support content creation for marketing materials, websites, and presentations
Participate in brainstorming sessions for client projects and internal strategy
Maintain updated knowledge of marketing best practices and industry standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment
