We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will assist in driving revenue by managing client relationships, preparing sales reports, and coordinating communication between internal teams. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional sales process that aligns with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and scheduling

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to the sales process

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

  • Track sales performance metrics and report trends to leadership

  • Help identify new leads and support outreach campaigns when needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in a sales, administrative, or customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales workflows is an advantage

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
