Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies to support client campaigns, drive brand engagement, and contribute to the success of our real estate marketing efforts.

 Responsibilities

• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on real estate services.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create content, brochures, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.

• Maintain brand consistency across all projects and communications.

• Assist in organizing promotional events, property showcases, and open house campaigns.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for print and distribution needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property, or service-based industries.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and marketing tools such as email platforms and CRMs.

• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
