We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Representative to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication between our company, clients, and business partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, articulate, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and messaging responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication with clients and partners via phone and email.

  • Prepare, review, and distribute internal and external communications.

  • Assist in drafting presentations, reports, and other business documents.

  • Ensure timely responses and follow-ups to inquiries or requests.

  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain message consistency and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate records of communications and update relevant systems.

  • Support event coordination and team meetings with prepared materials and agendas.

  • Uphold confidentiality and a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

  • Proven experience in a communications, administrative, or customer-facing role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
