We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Representative to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication between our company, clients, and business partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, articulate, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and messaging responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing communication with clients and partners via phone and email.
Prepare, review, and distribute internal and external communications.
Assist in drafting presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Ensure timely responses and follow-ups to inquiries or requests.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain message consistency and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of communications and update relevant systems.
Support event coordination and team meetings with prepared materials and agendas.
Uphold confidentiality and a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in a communications, administrative, or customer-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
