We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team in New Orleans. As a Team Leader at Property Soar, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team performance, and ensuring service excellence across all functions. You will be a key player in shaping team culture, meeting objectives, and mentoring team members to achieve their highest potential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of associates to meet performance goals
Monitor daily operations and workflow efficiency
Implement training programs to support employee development
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Manage schedules and task assignments
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Analyze performance metrics and report progress to upper management
Collaborate across departments to enhance operational success
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time, delegate tasks, and lead by example
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in task management and performance tracking
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer service is a plus
