Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team in New Orleans. As a Team Leader at Property Soar, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team performance, and ensuring service excellence across all functions. You will be a key player in shaping team culture, meeting objectives, and mentoring team members to achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of associates to meet performance goals

• Monitor daily operations and workflow efficiency

• Implement training programs to support employee development

• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

• Manage schedules and task assignments

• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

• Analyze performance metrics and report progress to upper management

• Collaborate across departments to enhance operational success

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage time, delegate tasks, and lead by example

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Proficiency in task management and performance tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer service is a plus
