We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team in New Orleans. As a Team Leader at Property Soar, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team performance, and ensuring service excellence across all functions. You will be a key player in shaping team culture, meeting objectives, and mentoring team members to achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of associates to meet performance goals

  • Monitor daily operations and workflow efficiency

  • Implement training programs to support employee development

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer service is a plus
