Beloform is seeking a dynamic and articulate Communications Representative to serve as a key liaison between our company and our clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role involves crafting clear and persuasive internal and external communications, supporting company branding, and ensuring all messaging aligns with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal memos, press releases, reports, and promotional materials.
Maintain consistent messaging across all company communications.
Coordinate with departments to gather and clarify key information for outreach.
Assist in managing crisis communication plans and timely updates.
Represent the company at networking events and corporate meetings.
Monitor and analyze feedback to improve messaging strategies.
Support content development for presentations, documents, and communication platforms.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a communications or client-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
