Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communications initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating clear, professional, and engaging communication materials. You will work closely with the Communications Coordinator and various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms (excluding social media).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting internal newsletters, press releases, reports, and client communications

  • Prepare communication materials such as briefing documents, proposals, and company announcements

  • Help coordinate company meetings, presentations, and corporate events

  • Maintain and update internal databases, contact lists, and communication logs

  • Support interdepartmental communication and ensure message accuracy and consistency

  • Conduct research to support communication strategies and public relations efforts

  • Collaborate with management to ensure timely dissemination of critical information

  • Assist in editing and proofreading materials to ensure brand consistency and clarity

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email platforms

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
