Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and driven Business Development Assistant to support our expansion efforts and help identify new business opportunities. This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Marketing teams to assist with lead generation, client engagement, and proposal coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing, fast-paced branding firm.
Responsibilities
Assist in the research and identification of potential clients and markets
Support in developing business proposals, presentations, and outreach materials
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead information
Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
Participate in strategy sessions and brainstorming meetings
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales support, or administrative roles preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
Self-motivated and team-oriented with a proactive attitude
