Job Description

Reboot Staff is seeking a dedicated and physically capable Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

• Perform inventory checks and restock materials as needed

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse at all times

• Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to supervisors

• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Basic math and reading skills

• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
