We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. This role involves providing high-quality support to clients and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems when necessary
Maintain and update customer records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service satisfaction
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
Follow up on customer interactions and provide ongoing support
Handle administrative tasks and support front-desk operations
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
