Reboot Staff is seeking a Public Relations Associate to support communication efforts, media outreach, and brand messaging strategies. This position plays a key role in enhancing our public image, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring a consistent voice across all platforms (excluding social media). You will work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align PR efforts with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Draft and distribute press releases, company announcements, and internal communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry partners
Coordinate press events, interviews, and public appearances
Monitor industry trends and media coverage to develop timely PR opportunities
Maintain and update press kits and public relations databases
Assist in crisis communication efforts and reputation management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
Prepare detailed reports on PR outcomes and media placements
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and press materials
Familiarity with media relations and event coordination
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
No reliance on social media platforms required for this role
