We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Leadership Development Program. As a Leadership Development Trainee at Hype Tier, you will be immersed in all aspects of business operations, team leadership, client management, and strategic development. This role is designed to prepare high-potential candidates for future leadership positions within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program focused on leadership, communication, and business strategy

  • Assist with project management and execution of client campaigns

  • Learn and apply best practices in team supervision and performance management
