We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Leadership Development Program. As a Leadership Development Trainee at Hype Tier, you will be immersed in all aspects of business operations, team leadership, client management, and strategic development. This role is designed to prepare high-potential candidates for future leadership positions within the company.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured training program focused on leadership, communication, and business strategy
Assist with project management and execution of client campaigns
Learn and apply best practices in team supervision and performance management
Analyze market trends and provide input on business improvement strategies
Collaborate with senior team members to support client goals and internal objectives
Take initiative on assigned tasks and projects with increasing levels of responsibility
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
