We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. As an MDR, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and working closely with our sales and strategy teams to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets.

  • Conduct outreach to prospects via email, phone, and in-person events.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report weekly progress.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies.

  • Monitor industry trends to uncover new market opportunities.

  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1+ year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or related roles.
