Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a dedicated and professional Client Relationship Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring our service standards are consistently met. You will act as the client's advocate, solving issues and delivering updates that enhance satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Address client inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Maintain detailed records of client communications, updates, and feedback.
Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements where necessary.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Previous experience in client services, customer support, or relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
