Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to manage and streamline internal and external communication efforts. This role is crucial to ensuring all messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand standards across departments and clients. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to organize information and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and newsletters.
Coordinate external communication efforts including client updates, email correspondence, and official documentation.
Work closely with the operations and management teams to align messaging across all platforms.
Maintain organized communication records and ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other written materials as needed.
Support coordination of meetings and communication initiatives across departments.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a communication, administrative, or coordination role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic cloud-based communication tools.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
