We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our client services team. In this role, you will support the Account Management department by maintaining client relationships, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations

  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow-up documentation

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly

  • Support senior account representatives in campaign execution and daily tasks

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of CRM records

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1+ year of customer service or account support experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
