We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our communications department in creating, coordinating, and managing internal and external communications. Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and editing internal memos, press releases, and newsletters

  • Support the planning and execution of communication strategies and campaigns

  • Maintain and update internal documentation, email templates, and communication logs

  • Coordinate with various departments to gather content and ensure consistent messaging

  • Track and report communication metrics and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders

  • Ensure all communications are aligned with company standards and tone of voice

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Adaptable and comfortable working independently or in team settings
