We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Identify client needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Monitor client account status and conduct regular reviews.

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Prepare reports and client updates as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, account management, or relationship management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
