We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. You will collaborate with internal departments to deliver timely, efficient, and accurate solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email

  • Maintain and update client records and documentation

  • Support onboarding processes for new clients

  • Monitor and manage client requests through resolution

  • Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and service delivery

  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings or service reviews

  • Prepare reports and summaries for account managers and leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 1+ year of experience in client services, customer support, or administrative roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset
