We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Cleveland-based team. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, and facilitate communication between departments. You will play a key role in maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring all project objectives are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.

  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to identify project requirements, scopes, and objectives.

  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance.

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • PMP certification (preferred but not required).
