Job Description

Sharpcontra is seeking a motivated and visionary Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs.

• Facilitate training sessions and support group workshops for client teams.

• Conduct research on best practices in leadership, organizational culture, and team performance.

• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Monitor leadership KPIs and track participant progress.

• Support strategic planning sessions and talent development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, consulting, or team facilitation.

• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Self-starter with a growth mindset and interest in people development.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
