Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Representative to join our team in Cleveland. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the consistency, clarity, and effectiveness of internal and external communications. This is a dynamic position ideal for professionals who are passionate about clear messaging and organizational impact.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and distribute internal announcements, memos, and other business communications.

• Collaborate with department heads to gather key updates and shape internal messaging strategies.

• Maintain and manage company documentation and communication systems.

• Coordinate the preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

• Assist with crisis communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging across channels (excluding social media).

• Support HR and executive leadership in employee engagement initiatives through written and verbal communication tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in a communications-related role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Familiarity with internal communication platforms is a plus.
