We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the overall account management process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client support.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular check-ins and problem resolution
Understand client needs and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and concerns
Track account performance and prepare periodic reports for internal and client use
Assist with onboarding new clients and providing support during implementation
Escalate issues when necessary while maintaining a professional and solution-focused attitude
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in client service, account management, or related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude
